Payments must be completed at checkout.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Creaovix is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

We only accept returns/exchanges if:

The wrong size, color, or design was delivered, or

The product arrived damaged or defective.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for return approval.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons like wrong size ordered, dislike of the product, or change of mind.

Once the returned product is verified, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Cash refunds are not provided unless the replacement product is unavailable.
